It finally happened.
I turned into what I used to make fun of when I was younger, stupider and much much judgier. (Yes, I am well aware that 'stupider' and 'judgier' do not belong in the English language, but again - trying times demand fierce creativity) So what happened, you ask? Well, I spent my day lighting a candle, meditating on my dreams and goals, and spent hours creating a... vision board. Yes. My judgy self is cracking up right now, but I have to admit: I. LOVED. EVERY. MOMENT OF IT! No, I didn't get a bunch of magazines and tore up photos I liked and then collaged them together with some Elmer's glue. Nope. I used the brilliance of technology and the whole thing was much less messier than I remember it to be! A little bit of google search, a little bit of design collage skills on my always reliable Macbook air, some creativity because how could I do anything without it.... and patience. Voila. A vision board, or I should say a DIGITAL vision board was born. Now what? Would I look at it again? Would I share the vision board with friends or even strangers? Would I meditate on it daily and wish for my dreams to come true!? I doubt it. I did it. Now it's done. And now I can go back to the doing part of my life. Creating a vision board is a nice practice, and a great way to connect to yourself on what those goals of yours truly are....but actually PURSUING them is a whole lot more fun.
