I wish I knew
How to love backwards. To start from full trust And end on curiosity. Because a flower that lost its smell Is like love gone Faded into memory Into the dream that never happened. They say not to fall in love with potential But potential is all we ever fall for On the ground, we cannot fall nowhere So we run towards cliffs And let our hearts break open And break apart. Oh, how I wish love would be backwards After all, even to the tallest cliff - One must climb first. And for the biggest love One must stand tall, And never fall, and never fall.
